The original ticket listing noted that performers could change or cancel without notice. That provision concerned changes to the lineup; the organizer later issued a separate notice canceling the entire festival and addressing refunds.
When and where was the festival scheduled?
The Los Angeles edition was planned for Saturday, December 21, 2024, at Dodger Stadium, 1000 Vin Scully Ave, Los Angeles, California. The ticket listing described it as an all-day, all-ages event. Those details refer to the original plan, not an event that went ahead.

How were Besame Mucho 2024 ticket refunds handled?
The organizer said tickets bought directly from Front Gate Tickets would be automatically refunded to the original payment method, in as little as 30 days. Its statement specifically covered direct Front Gate purchases; it did not extend that automatic-refund assurance to resale or other third-party purchases. For a ticket bought through another seller, contact that seller about its refund process.
