Adelaide
Adelaide is the couple’s daughter. Meyers announced her birth on Late Night in November 2021, saying she had arrived ten weeks earlier. UPI covered the announcement on November 26, 2021.
How old are Seth Meyers’s kids?
Published ages are snapshots, and the sources cited here do not establish all three exact birthdays. Entertainment Tonight reported Ashe as 7, Axel as 5 and Adelaide as 2 in October 2023. A November 2025 report described them as 9, 7 and 4, respectively. Because these reports give ages at different dates and do not establish exact birthdays, neither set should be treated as their current ages.

How has Meyers spoken about family life?
Meyers has drawn on family experiences in his comedy. In an Associated Press interview about his 2024 comedy special Dad Man Walking, he contrasted its family themes with the political focus of his nightly show: “I’ve always enjoyed how – unlike the nightly show, which is so tied to politics and the world we’re living in – this was more about sort of the universal experience of being part of a family.” The Associated Press published the interview on October 25, 2024.
The children also appeared on a Late Night Thanksgiving episode. The Television Academy’s 2026 ballot lists Ashe, Axel and Adelaide Meyers among the episode’s guests; a November 2025 report also described their appearance.
