A superseding indictment filed on March 6, 2025, alleged that Sean “Diddy” Combs used force and threats to control employees and coerced one unnamed employee into sexual acts. Those claims were allegations by prosecutors, not findings about the employee. Combs denied the accusations through his attorney. The filing added no new charges, according to Reuters.
What prosecutors alleged in the March 2025 indictment
In its March 6, 2025 report, Reuters reported that prosecutors’ superseding indictment described alleged forced labor involving Combs’s employees. According to the filing, employees faced long hours and little sleep, while Combs allegedly maintained control through physical, psychological, financial and reputational harm or threats.
The indictment further alleged that this pressure caused one unnamed employee “to engage in sex acts with Combs.” A People report republished by AOL also described prosecutors’ allegations of physical force and threats. The reports do not identify the employee, and the allegation should not be treated as an independently established event.
What the filing changed—and what it did not
Reuters reported that the superseding indictment added no new charges. It presented the forced-labor allegations in connection with the existing racketeering case. The March 2025 filing was an update to that case, not a verdict on the employee allegation.

Combs’s response
Combs denied the accusations through attorney Marc Agnifilo. Reuters quoted Agnifilo as saying: “He looks forward to his day in court when it will become clear that he has never forced anyone to engage in sexual acts against their will.” That was counsel’s position, not a court finding.
How the later trial outcome relates
A later 2026 court opinion excerpt states that a jury acquitted Combs in July 2025 of racketeering and sex-trafficking charges and convicted him of transportation to engage in prostitution. That later outcome provides context for the criminal case, but it does not establish that the jury adjudicated the specific allegation involving the unnamed employee.
