What Saweetie said about the tour and its mood
In a July 30, 2025 interview with PerthNow, Saweetie described the tour as “colourful, funky and playful.” She said the approach reflected a period when she wanted to enjoy the work as well as pursue it: “Not only do I want to work, but I want to have fun while I’m doing it, and I feel like this new era of music allows me to do so”.

She also spoke about looking forward to meeting Australian listeners in person. Saweetie called Sydney and Melbourne “some of my top streaming cities”; that is her characterization in the interview, not an independently verified ranking. She joked that her image of Australia came largely from Finding Nemo, and wondered about “that arch you guys have over there” — an apparent reference to the Sydney Harbour Bridge.
Why the EP is called Hella Pressure
The EP was scheduled for August 1, 2025, the day of the Brisbane show. Saweetie connected its title to her name, Diamante, and the pressure under which diamonds form: “It’s inspired by my name Diamante, because, you know, diamonds are made under pressure, and I’m basically just, like, popping my sh*t.” The title ties that metaphor to the confident, playful direction she described for the tour.

Her official music page lists Hella Pressure alongside releases including “boffum,” “Is It The Way” and “My Best,” with listening links. The reviewed pages do not establish a physical CD or vinyl edition, a detailed track list, chart results or release-performance figures. PerthNow reported that the track “Superstars” features K-pop group Twice, but its account does not specify the collaborators’ roles beyond identifying it as a collaboration.
