The 2025 “Santa is on his sleigh to Westfield shopping centres across Perth this weekend” schedule is no longer current. Westfield centres are promoting Santa photography bookings, but the sources reviewed do not confirm Santa’s 2026 arrival parades or their dates and times. Check each centre’s live event listings before making plans.
Why the reported “this weekend” schedule is out of date
The PerthNow article behind the headline was published on 4 November 2025. Its “this weekend” referred to Friday 7 and Saturday 8 November 2025—not an upcoming weekend in 2026. Its event times should be treated as historical, not as a current Westfield schedule. PerthNow’s 2025 report
What happened in November 2025
- Booragoon: Santa’s Breakfast was reported for Saturday 8 November, 9:00–11:45am.
- Carousel: A welcome parade and festivities were reported for Saturday 8 November, 10:00–11:00am.
- Innaloo: A parade was reported for Saturday 8 November, 10:00am–12:00pm.
- Whitford City: A tree lighting was reported for Friday 7 November, 6:00–8:00pm, followed by a welcome parade on Saturday 8 November, 10:00am–1:00pm.
The report also said Santa photography sessions ran from 8 November to 24 December 2025. Those dates have passed and do not establish the 2026 calendar. PerthNow’s 2025 report
What Westfield is currently promoting

Accessibility and special sessions
In its 2025 report, PerthNow said the Santa photography suite aimed to be accessible to people with sensory sensitivities and to the deaf and hard-of-hearing community, and that pet-friendly slots were offered. Treat those details as attributed to the 2025 season, not as a guarantee of 2026 availability. PerthNow’s 2025 report
A 2025 Richmind WA festive-season guide described Sensitive Santa as a calmer, sensory-friendly session with dim lighting and no music or loud noises. It listed sessions at Booragoon, Carousel, Whitford City and Innaloo, Auslan Santa at Innaloo, and pet photography across the listed locations. That guide is historical, not a current booking calendar. Richmind WA’s 2025 guide
