Sandra Itzel mostró el resultado de una rinoplastia que, según contó, combinó un motivo funcional —atender dificultades para respirar— con un retoque estético. La cobertura de marzo de 2025 también recogió su relato de una complicación durante la recuperación, que dijo fue atendida.
Por qué Sandra Itzel decidió operarse la nariz
En una nota publicada el 5 de marzo de 2025, People en Español informó que la actriz reapareció en redes después de pasar febrero alejada de ellas y contó que se había realizado una rinoplastia. La intervención, por tanto, no debe presentarse como una operación reciente.
Según esa cobertura, Itzel explicó que algunos seguidores le habían comentado que no se le entendía al hablar y que parecía tener la nariz tapada. La actriz dijo que consultó al médico Daniel Sommerz, quien le habría señalado una desviación del tabique y que un orificio era más estrecho que el otro. Estos datos corresponden al relato periodístico de lo que ella contó; no son una confirmación clínica independiente.
Itzel también dijo que aprovechó la anestesia para añadir un cambio estético. Sobre el resultado que quería, la actriz expresó: “Yo no quería que me quedara una nariz extraña y se viera rara en mi cara, sino que mejorara mi rostro”, frase reproducida por People en Español.

Qué mostró del resultado
Al cumplirse un mes de la operación, Itzel publicó imágenes de su nariz y manifestó estar contenta con el resultado. People en Español recogió este comentario suyo: “Hoy cumplo un mes de mi cirugía, chéquense qué bonita está mi nariz”. El plazo es una referencia que dio la actriz sobre su propia recuperación, no una medida general del tiempo necesario para recuperarse de una rinoplastia.
Lo que contó sobre una complicación durante la recuperación
En un relato posterior reseñado por Las Estrellas, Sandra Itzel dijo que vio puntos blancos que se convirtieron en manchas verdosas y que su médico le diagnosticó “prenecrosis”. La nota indicó que el problema fue atendido y que no dejó secuelas permanentes. Se trata de lo que la actriz relató y de cómo lo resumió el medio: no permite sacar conclusiones médicas generales ni sirve como orientación para otras personas.
