Its story follows Karlo and his nine classmates as his behavior causes his friends to gradually avoid him—and asks whether their group can become ten friends again.
What is Sampung Magkakaibigan about?
Adarna House’s description introduces ten friends: Karlo and his nine classmates. They enjoy playing, studying, and helping one another, but at times Karlo is unpleasant to be with. As his classmates begin to distance themselves, the book poses two questions: what is Karlo doing that makes his friends pull away, and can the group become ten friends again?
The premise centers on friendship and the effect of one person’s behavior on a group. The publisher’s description does not spell out the specific incidents or the ending, so a spoiler-light summary should not claim how Karlo changes or whether the friends reconcile.
