What Kerr and Mewis were seen buying
The PerthNow report named a box of Cadbury Favourites and green grapes among the items they carried from Woolworths. It did not identify the store branch, the box size, the grapes’ variety or a price.
Why they were in Perth
The outing took place in Kerr’s hometown ahead of Christmas. The West Australian reported on 19 December 2024 that the couple had arrived in Perth after flying from London.
The late-2024 context
At the time of the sighting, Kerr and Mewis had recently announced that they were expecting a baby. Their November 2024 announcement used the wording “Mewis-Kerr baby coming 2025!” ABC News reported the announcement on 18 November 2024.
