Sam Guggenheimer said she and her ex-partner, AFL player Caleb Poulter, did not cheat on each other. In a TikTok response reported by PerthNow on 8 February 2024, she also said viewers did not know when the couple had broken up. That is Guggenheimer’s account; the reporting does not independently establish the private circumstances of their relationship.
What did Sam Guggenheimer say about the rumours?
PerthNow reported that Guggenheimer posted an eight-minute TikTok on 8 February 2024 addressing speculation after her split from Poulter. The outlet quoted her saying: “Caleb and I do not talk anymore, Caleb and I did not cheat on each other, you guys don’t know when Caleb and I broke up and there was no cheating involved.”
She also reportedly rejected a rumour that she had hooked up with her friend Jordan, saying they had been friends before she was friends with Sopha Dopha. The report presents this as her response to online speculation, not as independently verified information about anyone’s private life.
What had she said when announcing the breakup?
On 23 January 2024, PerthNow reported that Guggenheimer announced on the Just For Girls podcast that she and Poulter had separated after around two and a half years together. She spoke positively about the relationship and said: “Nothing bad ever happened in our relationship. No one cheated. Setting that straight. No one cheated. No one did anything wrong.”

The January announcement and February TikTok are public statements made at different times. Neither establishes the exact date the relationship ended: in the TikTok, Guggenheimer said online observers did not know when the breakup had happened.

What the reports establish—and what they do not
The available coverage establishes what Guggenheimer was reported to have said publicly: she denied that either she or Poulter cheated, and objected to people assuming they knew when the breakup occurred. The cited accounts do not independently verify the couple’s private relationship facts or determine when they separated. The original TikTok and podcast audio were not independently reviewed for this account.
A later Apple Podcasts listing, published on 27 October 2025, identifies Guggenheimer as the host of Hotter Than Yesterday and describes an interview on Inherited in which she discussed internet rumours. It provides later career context, not evidence about her 2024 relationship.
