What Carpenter announced in June 2024
The June 20 announcement described a 29-date North American headlining arena tour, beginning at Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio, on September 23. The initial notice named Amaarae, Griff, and Declan McKenna as supporting artists. It also listed stops including New York, Los Angeles, Nashville, Toronto, and Austin. Target Center’s announcement provides the original date count and ticket-sale information.
The album behind the tour, Short n’ Sweet, was released August 23, 2024. Universal Music Canada described it as a 12-track album and published a later, expanded schedule. Universal Music Canada’s August 23 release lists 33 dates and says the tour sold out shortly after going on sale. That later count should not be mistaken for the 29 dates in the June announcement; the cited releases do not explain the individual additions.
