What was planned for Rolling Loud Australia?
In October 2025, Rolling Loud announced two one-day events for March 2026. The proposal marked the brand’s first announced Australian return since its debut there in 2019, a six-year gap between the debut and planned return. Gunna was confirmed for both stops, according to Rolling Stone AU/NZ’s announcement report.

Why was Rolling Loud Australia canceled?
Rolling Loud announced the cancellation on February 27, 2026. In its account, the organizers blamed local partner Primuse Entertainment for missing “critical payment deadlines and related obligations.” Rolling Loud said the resulting delays left organizers without necessary guarantees close to the event. Those are Rolling Loud’s claims; the available reporting does not independently establish the underlying contractual or financial circumstances. Rolling Stone AU/NZ reported the cancellation and statement.

Rolling Loud said, “We will not compromise the safety or experience of our fans, artists and vendors.”
Primuse responded the next day that it did not accept certain aspects of Rolling Loud’s characterization. The promoter said it had acted in good faith and was focused on supporting ticket holders and working with the relevant parties to process refunds. That response is Primuse’s account, not an independently verified finding. Rolling Stone AU/NZ published Primuse’s response.

How can ticket holders check on a refund?
The official Rolling Loud Australia page says refund details will be sent by official ticketing partners and advises purchasers to contact their ticketing partner or event organizer Primuse Entertainment for more information. It names Fever for Sydney and Melbourne, Ticketmelon, and Megatix.
- Check the email or account associated with the ticket purchase for messages from the ticketing partner.
- Contact the partner through which you bought the ticket and follow its refund instructions. The official page names Fever, Ticketmelon, and Megatix.
- If you still need information, contact Primuse Entertainment or consult the current official event page for guidance.
The official page provides a route for seeking refund information, but it does not confirm that every purchaser has received a refund. If you have not received an update, contact the seller directly and retain your order confirmation and correspondence.
