The property was a two-parcel waterfront estate on Biscayne Point, according to published listing and transaction reports.
What was included in the Biscayne Point compound?
The property comprised neighboring parcels at 1155 and 1165 North Biscayne Point Road in Miami Beach. Mansion Global described the site as roughly half an acre with 150 feet of bay frontage; Traded records 7,690 square feet for the property. These figures come from the outlets’ reporting and transaction record, not an independent inspection.
Coverage described two residences: a newer main home and a separate older house characterized as a guesthouse or wellness space. Miami New Times’ sale report described the compound as having seven bedrooms, six bathrooms, and a guesthouse. Reported features included an infinity-edge pool, bay views, and outdoor entertaining areas.
How did the asking price compare with the sale?
| Milestone | Reported amount | Date and source |
|---|---|---|
| Listing | $18.9 million | October 2025; Miami New Times and Mansion Global |
| Closing | $17,720,000 | March 3, 2026; Traded transaction record, also reported by Miami New Times the following day |
The closing amount was $1.18 million below the reported asking price, a straightforward subtraction of the two figures. That difference alone does not establish the negotiated terms, the seller’s proceeds, or an investment return.

What was reported about the home’s design?
In its October 2025 listing coverage, Miami New Times relayed a statement attributed to Douglas Elliman listing agent Dina Goldentayer, who told South Florida Digest: “The owner drew inspiration from some of the top hotels in the world that he would frequently visit.” The quote is reported secondhand by Miami New Times; it describes the inspiration attributed to Zingler, rather than independently verified design history.
