How much is Rick Ross’s chain worth?
In a 2022 GQ interview, Ross said, “I put my chain on, that’s a half a million.” He also described the watch he was wearing as “only a quarter million” and said he owned a “$3 million timepiece.” These are Ross’s own approximate statements in that interview; they do not establish an independent appraisal, identify a current sale value, or confirm that every chain he owns is worth the same amount.

Other coverage describes custom Cuban-link chains and pendants, including an emerald-cut Cuban-link commission attributed to Johnny Dang & Co. and a large necklace attributed to Vobara Jewelers. The STAR HIPHOPS jewelry article says prices for those commissions were not publicly disclosed. It also presents some other values as single-source estimates, not confirmed sale prices, so those figures should not be used as verified valuations.

Ross’s comments about watches include their personal significance, not just their cost. In WatchPro’s March 20, 2026 report, he said, “The price does not determine what it means to you.” The story also describes a Hublot King Power Pavé as a gift from Dr. Dre and quotes Ross saying the gesture meant more to him than many other gifts.

He also praised Avi & Co.’s stones and the time invested in its watches. That context matters when comparing a retail figure, an outlet’s estimate and an owner’s recollection: they describe different things, and none alone supplies a complete appraisal of a collection.
