Here are ten distinct milestones from Bravo’s reporting on her life and career, with personal details attributed to the outlet.
Dance came before reality television
1. She grew up in Augusta, Georgia
Bravo says Stracke was raised in Augusta, a hometown she later returned to for work in the arts. Her story began far from Beverly Hills: she first pursued dance before shifting to arts administration and, eventually, television. Bravo’s cast biography describes her Georgia roots.
2. She aspired to become a professional ballet dancer
Before her career behind the scenes, Stracke was an aspiring professional ballet dancer, according to Bravo’s 2023 career feature. Dance was not just a passing interest: she trained with the aim of performing professionally.
3. She studied with choreographer José Limón
Bravo reports that Stracke studied for a year with choreographer José Limón and was invited to audition for the José Limón Dance Company. The invitation marked a possible route toward a performing career, though she ultimately chose a different path.

Her arts career developed in New York and Georgia
5. She worked with Merce Cunningham’s dance organization
Bravo’s account says Stracke worked as studio manager for choreographer Merce Cunningham, then moved into a development role at the Cunningham Dance Foundation. The progression took her from day-to-day studio work to fundraising and organizational development.

A January 6, 2026 Bravo feature identifies Stracke as a Converse University graduate. That education is part of her background before the public-facing fashion and television roles for which many viewers know her.

8. She founded the SUTTON boutique
Stracke moved from arts administration into fashion retail and founded the SUTTON boutique in West Hollywood, as Bravo describes in its cast biography. The business’s shopping format has been described differently over time: the bio says it operates exclusively online, while Bravo’s January 2026 feature says that, as of 2025, customers could shop in person by appointment or online. Neither description establishes that the storefront is generally open to walk-ins.
9. Bravo describes several sustainability-oriented fashion ventures
Bravo’s cast biography identifies Stracke as a co-founder of SuttonBrands.com, described as a circular fashion house dedicated to repurposing excess inventory; founder of Sutton Green Label; and creator of Celebrity Circular Live. These are Bravo’s and the ventures’ descriptions, not independent assessments of environmental impact. Bravo characterizes her as a “global advocate for fashion sustainability,” a description that should be understood as the outlet’s wording rather than a measured finding.

Stracke entered The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills in season 10 as a friend of the cast, then became a full-time cast member in season 11, according to Bravo’s career feature. The distinction matters: her first season on the show was not her first season as a full-time Housewife.
