She is listed as a friend of the cast, and that figure is combined with her husband Rick Hilton’s wealth. Among cast members Parade does not label as friends, Kyle Richards leads at $100 million, also a combined figure with husband Mauricio Umansky. Sutton Stracke, at $50 million, is the highest figure for a cast member that Parade does not tie to a household or a settlement, although the list does not explain how it was calculated.
No source we found gives an audited or current figure for every wife from season 1 onward. What follows is a ranking of reported estimates, with the dates, conflicts and gaps stated for each figure.

How to read a reported net worth estimate
Celebrity net worth figures are published by entertainment outlets, usually without a method and without access to financial records. Before comparing any two numbers, check four things:
- Date. A figure is only as current as the article that published it. Parade’s list is dated January 1, 2026, and is more than nine months old as of October 2026.
- Who the number covers. Some figures are personal. Others combine a cast member’s assets with a spouse’s or family’s wealth, so they cannot be ranked against individual fortunes.
- Whether a settlement is involved. Some outlets speculate about how a divorce might divide a former spouse’s wealth. Those numbers are guesses, not reported settlements.
- Whether the method is explained. Where a source gives no method, treat its figure as an unverified estimate.
Who ranks first, depending on the rules
Highest overall: Kathy Hilton
Parade’s January 2026 list puts Kathy Hilton first at $350 million. Parade lists her as a friend of the cast, not a full-time wife, and the figure combines her wealth with Rick Hilton’s. Legit.ng’s 2026 table reports the same $350 million figure.

Highest for a cast member: Kyle Richards
Kyle Richards is the highest-ranked cast member in Parade’s list at $100 million. The figure is combined with Mauricio Umansky’s wealth, so it is a household number and should not be read as her individual net worth.
Highest with no household or settlement label: Sutton Stracke
Sutton Stracke’s $50 million is the highest cast figure in Parade’s list that is not labeled as combined or speculative. Parade does not say whether it is personal or household wealth, so treat it as an unexplained estimate.

Where the 2025 and 2026 estimates disagree
Other outlets report different numbers for the same people. Legit.ng’s 2026 table and a Taste of Reality roundup of season 14 (published April 12, 2025) both differ from Parade on several names. Taste of Reality says its figures were collected from Celebrity Net Worth and describes them as alleged. The conflicts show that these numbers are not standardized, so no single figure should be treated as settled.

Historical estimates from 2015, and what they cannot show
Bustle’s November 18, 2015 list is the oldest dated ranking we found for this cast. It covers only a subset of wives, and it does not explain how it combined marriage, family business and professional income. Treat its figures as secondary estimates from 2015, not as current or comparable personal net worth.
The table below shows each 2015 figure beside the newest estimate found for the same person. Where no current estimate was located, the table says so rather than filling the gap.

The change for Kyle Richards, from $30 million in 2015 to $100 million in 2026, reflects different outlets using different bases, not a measured change in her wealth. “No reliable current estimate located” means the sources available here do not give a current figure. It does not mean a person has no wealth or that a number exists elsewhere.

Current cast and season scope
Real Housewives of Beverly Hills premiered on Bravo on October 14, 2010. A full list of wives from season 1 to the present is not something these sources can confirm, for three reasons:
- Secondary season-history references list cast by season, but their season 15 roster differs from Parade’s season 15 preview.
- Parade’s list covers cast and friends together, so it does not describe a complete roster.
- The 2015 list covers only a subset of wives, and most former full-time members do not appear in any current ranking.
For the current season’s cast, check Bravo’s own announcements. This article does not present a definitive current lineup.
Visible spending is not net worth
Reporting by The New York Times in 2021 described court allegations involving the law firm of Tom Girardi and payments from that firm for Erika Jayne’s entertainment-related expenses. Those are allegations, and they concern spending. They do not measure what Jayne owns or earns. Net worth also does not track what a cast member spends on a show or a storyline, and a cast member’s independently owned assets may not appear in any household figure.
