What was reported about the divorce filing?
TMZ reported that Cleveland submitted divorce paperwork in Baldwin County, Georgia, on February 28, 2025. The filing reportedly cited “adultery” and gave an approximate separation date of December 29, 2024. PEOPLE’s coverage, republished by AOL, reported matching filing and separation details.
A filing is not a final divorce judgment, and an allegation listed in legal paperwork is not a finding that it is true. The reports do not establish whether the divorce was finalized or provide a direct response from either spouse.
What happened before the filing?
TMZ reported that Cleveland was arrested on February 12, 2025, 16 days before the reported filing. According to TMZ, police alleged a .178 result during a traffic stop and issued citations for DUI-alcohol and failure to maintain lane. The .178 figure is specific to that reported incident; the available account does not establish it as an adjudicated finding.
