RaiNao and Tainy’s “roadhead” is a track on RaiNao’s debut album CAPICÚ, with an accompanying video that places its sexual fantasy inside the aftermath of a night out. What happens in the video?
Rolling Stone en Español identified Sebastian Cabrera Chelin as the video’s director. Its description follows RaiNao after a night of partying, through dimly lit streets and into a car, which becomes the setting for the song’s sexual fantasy. RaiNao summed up the subject in an EFE report republished by Infobae: “Todo el mundo ha matado las ganas en el carro” (“Everyone has satisfied their urges in the car,” translated from Spanish).
How does the video connect to RaiNao’s wider visual world?
RaiNao told Rolling Stone en Español that her videos were being made as a series within the same universe. She described the approach as “una gran historia en pequeñas piezas, y todas se entrelazan” (“a big story in small pieces, and they all intertwine,” translated from Spanish). In that context, the car-centered “roadhead” video is one piece of a larger visual project, rather than a standalone explanation of every part of its story.

How does “roadhead” fit on CAPICÚ?
“roadhead” appears on CAPICÚ, RaiNao’s debut album. EFE described the 16-song record as spanning electronic music, reggaetón, afrobeat and bolero; Rolling Stone en Español also noted R&B and afrobeat influences mixed with reggaetón. Tainy is among the album’s collaborators, alongside Wiso Rivera, Gyanma, La Secta All Star, La Goony Chonga and MJ Nebreda.
RaiNao has resisted reducing the album to a single genre or theme. In a Rolling Stone en Español interview, she said: “El álbum está lleno de una variedad de sonidos que no hay manera de crear una sola línea. No puedo decirte que es reggaetón o sobre el amor. No puedo ponerlo en una caja, ni etiquetarlo” (“The album is full of such a variety of sounds that there’s no way to draw a single line. I can’t tell you it’s reggaetón or about love. I can’t put it in a box or label it,” translated from Spanish).

In the February 23, 2024 EFE report, RaiNao described her aim this way: “La meta de hacer arte no es alcanzar la perfección, sino compartir quiénes somos y cómo vemos el mundo” (“The goal of making art isn’t to reach perfection, but to share who we are and how we see the world,” translated from Spanish). The statement offers a personal lens on the album and its visuals, not a claim that every track or video follows one subject.
