She sought at least $1 million in general damages, plus punitive damages and attorney fees. Those figures come from allegations and a request for relief in her complaint—not a court finding or award.
What did Priscilla Presley accuse her former associates of?
Presley’s complaint named Brigitte Kruse, Kevin Fialko, Vahe Sislyan and Lynn Walker Wright among the defendants. It alleged that the associates gained influence over her financial affairs, bank accounts, trusts and business arrangements. The complaint also said contracts assigned the associates 80% of income from some ventures. These claims were reported as allegations; the reporting does not establish that a court found them true. Entertainment Tonight and the Los Angeles Times described the claims.
As quoted by Entertainment Tonight, the complaint called the alleged conduct “a meticulously planned and abhorrent scheme” to “prey on an older woman by gaining her trust, isolating her from the most important people in her life, and duping her into believing that they would take care of her — personally and financially — while their real goal was to drain her of every last penny she had.” That is the complaint’s characterization, not a judicial conclusion.
How much money did Presley say was taken?
Presley’s suit alleged that more than $1 million had been misappropriated. She requested at least $1 million in general damages, along with punitive damages and attorney fees, according to Entertainment Tonight’s contemporaneous account of the filing. The alleged amount and requested damages are different from a proven loss or a judgment: the reporting cited here does not establish that Presley received an award.

What did Kruse and Fialko say?
Kruse and Fialko rejected Presley’s account. Their attorney said they had invested years of work and money in rebuilding her brand and characterized her suit as false and retaliatory. Their position is a response to Presley’s allegations, not a finding about the dispute.
What is the separate lawsuit seeking more than $50 million?
In August 2025, Kruse and Fialko filed a separate California lawsuit against Presley alleging fraud and breach of contract and seeking more than $50 million. Their complaint and requested amount belong to that case, not to Presley’s 2024 elder-abuse suit. The Associated Press and Los Angeles Times reported the filing and their allegations; those claims are disputed as well.

In the Associated Press report, their attorney, Jordan Matthews, said: “the evidence will establish that the real victims here are my clients, who invested millions and years of hard work into revitalizing Priscilla Presley’s brand, only to be betrayed and falsely accused once the money was on the table and every personal and business issue had been resolved.” This was the defense-side response to Presley’s suit.

Did Presley win the elder-abuse lawsuit?
The reporting cited here does not establish a judgment or award in Presley’s case. Its precise docket status and next scheduled event as of October 8, 2026 are not confirmed here. The Los Angeles Superior Court provides online case and calendar lookup, but the case-specific docket record was not obtained. No. Kruse and Fialko also brought a separate lawsuit concerning allegedly concealed jewelry. MyNewsLA.com reported that it was dropped without prejudice in February 2026. The report said the court papers did not explain whether the parties settled or why the case was dropped. That procedural event does not establish a settlement and does not resolve Presley’s elder-abuse case.
