The dated report does not establish whether any of these titles are available on Paramount+ now.
What Nickelodeon shows did Paramount+ reportedly remove?
BGR’s December 27, 2024 report attributed the removal list to NickALive!. It named these 12 shows as leaving Paramount+ on December 19:

The same article separately named The Massively Mixed-Up Middle School Mystery and Nickelodeon’s Ho Ho Holiday Special. Those two specials are not part of the reported count of 22 shows. BGR’s report is the source for the titles and dates; no Paramount announcement confirming the removals was identified.

Where else can you look for Doug?
Check local digital storefronts for the exact series and season you want, and confirm whether the listing is for streaming, rental, or purchase. A secondary reference describes a DVD release called Doug: The Complete Nickelodeon Series with 52 episodes, but that does not establish current stock or confirm that every episode is included. It also says the Season 4 DVD release omits two episodes. Before buying, verify the specific edition, episode list, disc region, and seller’s current listing.

Why were the shows removed?
BGR speculated that planned cost reductions could be related, but its article did not establish that as Paramount’s stated reason. No direct Paramount explanation for the December 2024 removals was identified, so cost-cutting should be treated as speculation rather than confirmed cause.

In a 2020 corporate announcement describing its streaming strategy, Paramount Global said Nickelodeon had a library of nearly 7,000 episodes. That is historical corporate context, not a current catalog total and not an explanation for the 2024 removals. Paramount Global’s announcement does not establish which titles are available today.
