Claire and Rachel work at the field hospital
Claire wants to treat the wounded in a church being used as a field hospital, but Dr. Leahy initially refuses to let her work inside. She and Rachel begin triage outside instead. Rachel worries that her Quaker beliefs could make Ian hesitate to kill; Claire, meanwhile, fears Jamie will take needless risks in battle. After Claire proves her skill with a successful intervention, Leahy lets her into the hospital.
