What time was it available outside Japan?
Episode-specific reporting gave a HIDIVE release time of 11:00 a.m. Eastern on September 25. That time is not independently confirmed: 23:00 JST converts to 10:00 a.m. EDT on that date, an hour earlier. Treat 11:00 a.m. Eastern as a reported time rather than a verified exact release time. Where could viewers watch it?
In March 2024, AMC Global Media announced that season 2 would simulcast exclusively on HIDIVE in the U.S. and Canada, as well as overseas markets including the U.K., Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand. This was a season-level rights announcement, not confirmation of current availability in every territory. Check HIDIVE’s current catalog for your location. AMC Global Media’s announcement.

Episode-specific reporting identifies this installment as “Reunion,” season 2 episode 12 and episode 23 overall. Platform listings may differ: Disney+ labels its season 2 episode 12 entry “Tokyo Blade.” The numbering also differs depending on whether a listing counts only season 2 or the entire series. ORICON reported that episode 24 overall was scheduled for October 6, 2024, confirming that episode 12 was not the season finale. ORICON’s September 25 report.
