What is the Season 5 mystery about?
The season begins with the suspicious death of Lester, the Arconia’s doorman. As Charles, Oliver and Mabel investigate, they encounter secrets connected to billionaires, old-school mobsters and residents of the building. That is the scope established in the official synopsis; it does not identify the killer or spell out further plot turns.

When did Season 5 premiere, and how did the episodes roll out?
Season 5 premiered September 9, 2025, with three episodes, followed by weekly releases, according to Disney’s announcement. Disney said at the time that the show would stream on Hulu in the United States and Disney+ internationally. Those were the announced platforms and schedule for the premiere; check the current catalog in your region for availability now.

Disney announced a 10-episode order for Season 5 in 2024. The season was produced by 20th Television. Disney+ UK Press reported the order on September 5, 2024.
