Puncture Wille is Trafalgar Law’s strongest demonstrated attack by the ranking used here: it inflicted severe damage on Big Mom and sent a shockwave through the island beneath her. That is an editorial judgment, not an official One Piece ranking. “Strongest” here means combat effect shown on the page—not versatility, usefulness, or fame—and the list includes major manga spoilers for Dressrosa and Wano.
Law is the Heart Pirates’ captain and an Ope Ope no Mi user, according to his official character profile. His powers let him control space within a Room, making raw attack strength harder to compare: a precise internal injury, a huge environmental strike, and a tactical repositioning do different things. The ranking below weighs demonstrated harm, scale, performance against durable opponents, and the technique’s setup or stamina demands. What is Trafalgar Law’s strongest move? On those criteria, Puncture Wille has the best case.

How the ranking measures strength
This is a comparison of what Law’s named techniques demonstrably accomplish, not a claim about their theoretical maximum. A visible crater is evidence of scale; serious injury to an exceptionally durable opponent is evidence of effectiveness. Those are related but not interchangeable. Awakening also matters: Law’s strongest Wano attacks require more than simply opening a Room, and their cost is part of their combat value.
The official anime synopsis for episode 722 places Gamma Knife in the Dressrosa fight with Doflamingo and says Law aims to damage his internal organs with it. The episode aired December 13, 2015, and covers the Dressrosa story. The remaining comparisons below are editorial readings of the manga’s combat scenes rather than an official ranking.

Law’s 10 strongest moves
1. Puncture Wille
Wano, against Big Mom; awakening. Law extends his sword through a Room-coated blade and drives it deep into Big Mom before releasing a devastating shockwave. The attack damages her internally and continues through the island below, giving it both a strong opponent-specific result and conspicuous environmental scale. It takes time and positioning to set up, and Law’s awakened techniques consume substantial stamina. Its combination of demonstrated damage and reach makes it the strongest entry here.
2. Shock Wille
Wano, against Big Mom; awakening. Law sends an electrical shock through his extended sword after piercing Big Mom. The attack’s importance is its effect on an opponent who can endure enormous punishment: it deals significant internal damage without relying on a broad explosion. It ranks below Puncture Wille because it has less demonstrated environmental reach in the same battle, not because its injury is trivial. Like other awakened techniques, it carries a stamina cost.
Rank #2
3. Gamma Knife
Dressrosa, against Doflamingo; not awakening. Law’s Gamma Knife attacks Doflamingo’s internal organs. The official episode 722 synopsis explicitly frames the move around that intended internal damage. Doflamingo survives and uses his strings to repair the resulting injury, so the technique is not an instant victory or proof that it defeats every opponent. Its ability to inflict severe harm on a powerful foe earns it a high place, though its result is less decisive than Law’s top Wano attacks.
4. Anesthesia and K-Room sword attacks
Wano, against Big Mom; awakening. Law applies K-Room to his sword, allowing it to pass through targets and deliver attacks from within. The technique is especially dangerous because the blade’s passage can avoid the ordinary effects of cutting through the outer surface. That does not establish that it defeats every defense or guarantees a fatal wound; its ranking rests on the damage it helps Law inflict on Big Mom. It is an awakened, stamina-intensive approach, and its value depends on landing the sword attack.

5. Injection Shot
Various fights; not awakening. Law lunges with a precise thrust, using his sword to pierce an opponent at close range. It is a direct, damaging attack rather than a large-scale display, and it can create an opening for follow-up techniques. Its placement reflects practical combat impact, but it lacks the confirmed scale and opponent-breaking results of the top four. No single use establishes a universal level of injury against every target.
6. Radio Knife
Dressrosa, against Doflamingo; not awakening. Radio Knife is a Room-based sword strike that cuts an opponent and disrupts the cut area, making it harder for Doflamingo to use his strings to reconnect himself. That makes the technique more than a conventional slash in this particular matchup. Its demonstrated effect is tactical as well as damaging, but the scene does not give it the same standalone destructive scale as the Wano awakening attacks.

7. Counter Shock
Used in close combat; not awakening. Law delivers an electrical shock at close range, typically after creating an opening. It can incapacitate or hurt an opponent, but its short reach and need for proximity make it less reliable as a decisive attack against a powerful foe than the higher-ranked sword techniques. Its strength is the immediate effect at contact, not area destruction.
8. Amputate
Room-based combat; not awakening. Within Room, Law can separate targets without the ordinary lethal effect of a normal cut. Amputate is potent for disabling or disarming and can radically alter a fight’s position. It ranks below direct damage moves because its strength is control and disruption rather than proven raw injury. A separated body part in Law’s Room should not be mistaken for evidence that the technique automatically kills its target.

9. Takt
Room-based combat; not awakening. Takt lets Law manipulate large objects within his Room and use them against opponents. Its impact depends on what is available in the environment: lifting and dropping a massive object can create a serious threat, but the attack’s scale is situational rather than a fixed property of Law’s own strike. That variability keeps it low on a strength-only list, even though it can be tactically powerful.
10. Shambles
Room-based combat; not awakening. Shambles exchanges the positions of targets or objects inside Law’s Room. It is one of his most influential combat abilities because it can evade attacks, disrupt an opponent’s footing, or set up a follow-up. It is last here because it is primarily a repositioning technique, not a raw-damage attack. Its inclusion reflects how much a move can change a fight; it should not be read as placing it among Law’s strongest blows.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. Why the top three stand apart
The upper tier earns its places through results against Doflamingo and Big Mom, not just striking visuals. Gamma Knife has a clear internal-damage purpose and seriously harms Doflamingo, but he survives and repairs the injury. Shock Wille is effective against Big Mom, while Puncture Wille adds an unusually large environmental effect to its damage. These scenes support a comparative ranking; they do not establish an absolute ceiling for any technique.
Where to read the scenes
VIZ lists the One Piece manga, including individual volumes and the One Piece Box Set 5: Wano to Egghead. The series page identifies Eiichiro Oda as the creator. Check the volume contents against the specific scenes you want to revisit; the listing alone is not a scene-by-scene guide.
