Did Once Upon a Farm go public?

Yes. Once Upon a Farm, PBC completed its initial public offering on February 9, 2026. The January 26 prospectus had proposed a price range of $17 to $19 per share; the completed offering priced at $18. The company’s common stock is listed on the NYSE as OFRM. The NYSE certified approval for the listing on February 5, 2026. The final prospectus and the exchange listing certification document the offering and listing.

Her promotional agreement

In May 2026, the company disclosed an amendment to Garner’s spokesperson and co-founder agreement. It provides an additional $3 million in cash consideration over a two-year period beginning January 2027 for certain promotional activities, subject to her continued service. This is compensation under the agreement, not IPO proceeds or stock compensation, according to the company’s May 2026 SEC filing.

That status has investor implications: the prospectus says the company must balance stockholders’ financial interests with the interests of materially affected stakeholders, and that this may lead to actions that do not maximize stockholder value. It is a disclosed governance consideration, not a prediction of any particular decision. The prospectus also listed risks including failure to develop or sustain an active trading market and dilution; those were disclosures at the time of the offering, not a substitute for current market information.
