The theme is “I’m a person of my word.” The spangram is FIRST NAMES, displayed as two words. It describes the theme: each theme answer is a first name.
How Strands hints and the spangram work
Strands is a daily themed word search played on a six-row, eight-column letter grid. The spangram is a word or short phrase that captures the theme and runs between two opposite edges of the board. Finding three words that are not theme answers unlocks an in-game hint, which highlights letters in a theme word.
