Hints for September 12, 2026
- Easy: Begin with the less-than regions and the exact-sum-10 region. The all-different region also constrains its four values.
- Medium: Use the equal-value regions and the less-than-2 region to narrow the placements, then check the exact sums.
- Hard: First account for the equal-value regions and the smallest exact sums. The greater-than and less-than regions help constrain the remaining totals.
Pips is solved by placing every domino so that the values in each region satisfy its rule, such as equality, an exact sum, or a greater-than or less-than limit. The three difficulties are independent boards, not stages of one board.
