Here are the solutions to the Tuesday, March 24, 2026, NYT Pips puzzles: Easy, Medium, and Hard. The coordinates below count rows and columns from the board’s top-left, starting at 1. Each domino is shown as its two pip values, followed by the squares its halves occupy.
March 24 puzzle set at a glance
EnergyPips lists three separate boards for the date and credits Ian Livengood as constructor. The board sizes below are puzzle-specific counts reported by that answer guide.

These are complete placements, not just lists of tile values. A tile can cross colored regions, with one half contributing to each region it covers. A region without a special rule still has to be filled. Pips is a digital NYT game; a physical domino set is optional and does not provide access to the game. The listed region conditions include a top-left column totaling 9, a top-centre row totaling 5, a middle-left column totaling 11, a four-square region of equal 2s, and a four-square region totaling 3. Unrestricted squares have no special pip condition, but still need a domino half.

Each number pair names the two halves of one domino; the coordinate order maps those halves to board squares. A region rule applies to the pip values inside its colored area, not to the domino as a whole. For example, if a domino spans two regions, each region receives only the value of the half inside it. Conditions can require a total, matching values, a threshold, all-different values, or no special condition.
