- Yellow — PRINTED NOTIFICATION: ANNOUNCEMENT, BULLETIN, NOTICE, POSTER
- Green — SEEN AT A GROCERY CHECKOUT COUNTER: CONVEYOR BELT, REGISTER, SCALE, SCANNER

Why the “tabs” group is tricky
The blue category uses “tab” in several senses: a browser or folder tab, the Tab key on a keyboard, and the pull tab on a soda can. In the UK, the can tab is often called a ring pull, which may make SODA CAN less obvious to some players.

Why the date may appear different
This is the April 3, 2025 puzzle, game #662. TechRadar’s guide carries an April 2 publication date because Connections puzzles arrive at midnight in each time zone; a page’s date can therefore differ from the puzzle date seen by readers elsewhere. ComicBook.com’s guide is dated April 3.

Connections asks players to sort 16 words into four groups of four linked by a shared category. Wordplay and misleading overlaps can make the intended grouping harder to spot. For this board, the main twist is that “tabs” spans several different objects and interfaces.
