Monday, July 8
Zé Beltino resists Zefa Leonel’s decision to take the family back to Rancho Fundo. Seu Tico finishes his confession, while Fé slips away unnoticed and later spreads gossip about him. Quinota reprimands Artur for putting himself at risk for her, and Artur presents her as the boteco’s new partner.
Zé Beltino and Blandina marry, and he asks her about her wedding ring. Nastácio tells Aldenor that Sabá Bodó is alive. Dracena gets a job at Corina’s shop. Zefa is surprised to discover that Zé Beltino has entered a partnership with Ariosto.

Tuesday, July 9
Zefa is furious when Blandina says she and Zé Beltino married without signing a prenuptial agreement. Blandina begs Marcelo Gouveia to return her ring. Ariosto considers ending his partnership with Zé Beltino to please Zefa, who is proud of Quinota.
Tôim gives Quinota overdue bills, startling Caridade. Seu Tico is surprised to learn that Zé Beltino married Blandina, and Zé Beltino asks Tia Salete to be his wedding godmother. Zefa and the family arrive at Rancho Fundo.
Wednesday, July 10
The family admires the small changes inside the Rancho Fundo house. Primo Cícero and Fé tease Tôim, who persuades Primo Cícero to drop his punishment. Zefa learns there may be a way to annul Zé Beltino’s marriage, while Blandina takes over the suite that used to belong to Zefa.
Quintilha worries about her hotel’s finances. Vespertino lies to Seu Tico about Deodora’s health, prompting Seu Tico to seek her out. Ariosto flirts with Zefa, and she accepts his attention.

Zefa and Ariosto exchange compliments and talk comfortably. Deodora pretends to be sick to deceive Seu Tico. Margaridinha goes to town with Tia Salete; Nastácio comforts Benvinda, and Quinota catches them kissing.
Primo Cícero objects to the restaurant bill, and Blandina manipulates Zé Beltino. Jealous of Deodora and Seu Tico, Vespertino orders Jordão to kill Seu Tico.
Friday, July 12
Jordão sells his gun to Vespertino, while Deodora tries to seduce Seu Tico. Deodora later questions Vespertino about the gun at his waist. Zefa asks Ariosto about Artur and takes him to visit the Gruta Azul.
Tôim persuades Caridade to help her father. Quintilha becomes interested in Primo Cícero after realizing he has money, and Caridade catches her father kissing Quintilha. Quinota and Artur make plans for the future. Ariosto has a horse accident, leaving Zefa panicked.

Zefa examines Ariosto’s wound while he is unconscious and fears for his condition. Artur decides to seek out Zefa. Meanwhile, Marcelo Gouveia considers using Seu Tico in his plans against Artur and Quinota; the week’s summary does not resolve Vespertino’s threat against Seu Tico.
Caridade rebukes Primo Cícero and tells Fé about her father’s indiscretion. Esperança and Jordão kiss. Dracena spots an error in Margaridinha and Benvinda’s accounts and becomes suspicious. Quintilha asks Cira about Primo Cícero, while Blanchette decides to help Guilherme Tell win Caridade.
Vespertino kisses Deodora, and Sabá Bodó insists on divorcing Nivalda.
