A January 10, 2022 report by Cinebuzz says the cast of Netflix’s Rebelde released a Portuguese-language version of RBD’s “Sálvame.” Netflix’s official listing confirms the song’s place in the series’ season-two semifinal storyline, but it does not independently confirm the recording’s language or performer credits.
How “Sálvame” fits into Netflix’s Rebelde
Netflix lists Rebelde as a 2022 series with two seasons. In the official episode listing, season two, episode six is titled “Sálvame.” The episode description says the bands create music videos for RBD’s iconic songs for the semifinal, placing the song within the series’ competition storyline. Netflix’s official listing verifies that episode and RBD-song context.

What is known about the Portuguese version
Cinebuzz reported on January 10, 2022 that the series cast released a Portuguese-language version of “Sálvame.” That report is the source for the language and release claim; Netflix’s episode listing does not independently establish those details. The sources available here do not identify the recording’s performers, label, standalone release metadata, or physical format.
The connection between Rebelde and RBD
Netflix Media Center describes the series as a new version of Rebelde set at Elite Way School, which it identifies as RBD’s birthplace. The school setting and the semifinal’s RBD-song videos link the series to the group’s musical legacy. Netflix Media Center’s series description provides that background.
#1 Best Overall
RBD’s original catalog has its own digital-release history. In an announcement dated September 3, 2020, Universal Music Brasil said the group’s catalog was available on digital platforms and included “Sálvame” among its official RBD videos. That announcement concerns RBD’s catalog; it does not establish a physical release of the cast’s reported Portuguese version.
