High School’s Hero Course, Class 1-A, whose hero name is Cellophane. His Tape Quirk emits tape-like material from both elbows, which he can use to wrap targets or like a rope. The verified official profile supports a concise character overview—not ten separate, documented surprises—so this article sticks to the details it establishes.
Who is Hanta Sero?
Sero is a first-year student in U.A. High School’s Hero Course, Class 1-A. His hero name is Cellophane, and his Quirk is called Tape. These details are listed on the official YTV character profile.
How does Sero’s Tape Quirk work?
The tape comes from both elbows
The profile describes tape-like material shooting from Sero’s uniquely shaped elbows. It specifies both elbows as the source of the tape.
He can bind or swing with it
Sero can wrap a target in tape or use it like a rope. The profile establishes those practical uses, but does not give a technical account of the Quirk’s limits or every way he applies it.

- Perfect Gift: Whether it's a birthday, Christmas, or any other occasion, this pin will be an absolute delight for anime enthusiasts.
What are Sero’s birthday and height?
The official profile lists Sero’s birthday as July 28 and his height as 177 cm. The height is a character-profile measurement, not a real-world statistic.
Why isn’t this a list of ten verified surprises?
The official profile establishes Sero’s name, school placement, Quirk, its described source and uses, birthday, and height. Those points make a useful snapshot, but they do not amount to ten independent trivia items. Without further verified details from the manga, anime, or a licensed guidebook, presenting ten would risk padding the list with unsupported claims.
