What happens in episode 11?
The episode picks up after Bakugo’s Howitzer Impact Cluster fails against Shigaraki, whose evolving power leaves Bakugo in serious danger. A pre-air post on the official franchise site describes the preceding episode’s ending and sets the stage for the confrontation; the episode listing summarizes what follows.
Bakugo’s attack fails
Bakugo throws himself into the fight, but his Howitzer Impact does not overcome Shigaraki. Shigaraki uses both his power and his words to drive Bakugo into a corner. Gravely injured, Bakugo resists rather than giving up.

The U.A. Big Three intervene
Mirio, Nejire, and Tamaki arrive to confront Shigaraki. Mirio uses Permeation to get close. Nejire and Tamaki draw courage from the encouragement and words they have received from one another, then launch attacks of their own.
The outcome remains uncertain
The episode’s central question is whether the Big Three’s attacks can reach Shigaraki as he continues to evolve. The official synopsis does not establish a resolution. It also emphasizes that, despite his serious injuries, Bakugo keeps looking ahead with the determination to win.
