When did the manga end?
My Dress-Up Darling concluded with Young Gangan No. 07, released March 21, 2025. ORICON reported that the manga had been serialized since 2018 and had sold more than 12 million copies as of its March 2025 report. That figure is dated and should not be read as a current sales total. ORICON’s March 20, 2025 report announced the conclusion.
Why did the manga end?
The cited reports do not give a reason for the ending. They establish the final-chapter announcement and the conclusion date, but do not support claims that the series was cancelled or that a personal or health-related circumstance prompted the ending.

Does the manga ending mean the anime is over?
No. Manga completion and the anime’s status are separate. CloverWorks lists a Season 2 entry labeled TV / 2025.07- and credits the studio for animation production. That listing establishes Season 2, but does not confirm any later season. See CloverWorks’ official Season 2 page.
The series follows Wakana Gojo, a high school student who wants to make faces for traditional Hina dolls, and Marin Kitagawa, his classmate, who is interested in cosplay.
