A waitlist place, presale code or queue entry is not a ticket guarantee. Ticketmaster’s Morgan Wallen waitlist explanation covered the 2024 One Night At A Time Tour, so treat its selection details as historical—not as the rules for every 2026 show.
Start with the event listing for your show
Ticketmaster’s current Morgan Wallen artist page identifies the Still The Problem Tour, which began in April 2026, and points fans to Artist Favorites for concert alerts. That page does not establish the sale rules for an individual date. Open the event listing and check its sale type, local start time, eligibility requirements, signup deadline and official purchase link.

Presales can follow different routes. An artist presale may involve advance signup; another sale may be run by a different ticketing company or require a code; a fan club presale may have its own eligibility and code rules. The event’s own instructions control. Ticketmaster’s general artist-presale signup guidance explains how to register, but it does not mean every Morgan Wallen event uses the same process.
How to sign up for an artist presale
- Open the artist’s presale signup page linked from the event or official artist information, and sign in to your Ticketmaster account.
- Select the show or shows you want. Check the date, location and time zone carefully.
- Submit the signup and make sure a confirmation page appears.
- Check the email address associated with the account for the reminder and instructions. Ticketmaster says its artist-presale reminder is sent the day before; for a sale hosted by another company, an email with the code and link may arrive the night before.
Follow the specific event’s directions if they differ from this general process. A signup confirms registration, not a ticket reservation.

What the Morgan Wallen waitlist means
Ticketmaster’s detailed Morgan Wallen explanation concerned the 2024 One Night At A Time Tour. For that registration onsale, Ticketmaster said selection was random and depended on ticket availability. Fans not selected initially could be placed on a waitlist, and some might later be selected if tickets remained. Even selection for access did not guarantee a ticket purchase.
Those details describe the 2024 process, not necessarily the Still The Problem Tour or any other current date. Check the event listing and its instructions to find out whether that show has a waitlist, how access is assigned and what to do if your status changes.

Which presale code should you use?
There is no universal Morgan Wallen presale code. The code, if one is required, depends on who is running the presale and the event’s eligibility rules. Use the code and link issued by Ticketmaster, the fan club or the other named organizer. Ticketmaster notes that presale types differ, and fan club codes can be case-sensitive. If another organization issued the code, contact that organization when it remains invalid after you check the entry and eligibility requirements.
Ticketmaster said codes for its 2024 Morgan Wallen registration onsale were unique and non-transferable. That warning is specific to that historical sale; do not assume it applies to a different format unless the current event instructions say so. Avoid relying on codes offered by strangers: the listing or official organizer is the reliable source for the requirements.

If your code does not work
- Enter it exactly as issued. Check capitalization, spaces and similar-looking characters; do not add punctuation or change the code.
- Check the sale and eligibility. Confirm that the code matches the presale you entered and that you completed any required signup or other qualification.
- Check the ticket limit. Ticketmaster advises verifying whether the purchase limit has already been reached.
- Contact the issuer if it still fails. Use Ticketmaster support for Ticketmaster-issued instructions, or contact the fan club or other organizer that provided the code.
A code prompt is not proof that a code is required for every presale. Ticketmaster’s guidance on artist presales and presale code prompts distinguishes sales that require codes from those with other access conditions.
If the presale email or code never arrives
First check the email address tied to the Ticketmaster account used to sign up, and review the event’s signup deadline and eligibility conditions. Ticketmaster says fans who registered by the deadline and met the requirements should receive an email with instructions. If you expected one and cannot find it, contact Ticketmaster support or the organizer named in the event instructions. A missing email does not establish that tickets are available or that access has been granted.

Join the waiting room and queue correctly
- Sign in ahead of time, check that your contact details are current, and have a valid payment method ready.
- Join the waiting room up to 15 minutes before the sale, as Ticketmaster recommends.
- Use one device and one browser for shopping. Ticketmaster says a queue position is assigned when the sale begins.
- Once queued, stay on the page and do not manually refresh or leave it; Ticketmaster says the page refreshes automatically.
- If you reach the sale, choose and check out promptly. Ticketmaster describes tickets as first-come, first-served, and neither queue access nor presale access guarantees that tickets remain.
A long wait or an empty inventory is not, by itself, evidence that your code is invalid. Code eligibility determines access to a presale; the queue and available inventory determine whether you can complete a purchase.

- Open the exact event listing and confirm the sale time, time zone, sale type, eligibility, signup deadline and official link.
- Verify that you signed up with the right account and email, then check for the reminder and follow its link when required.
- If prompted, enter the official code exactly as issued and check the sale’s eligibility rules and ticket limit.
- If the instructions are missing or the code still fails, contact Ticketmaster or the organization that issued the instructions.
- For the sale itself, enter the waiting room early, stay in the queue without manually refreshing, and remember that access does not reserve inventory.
