PEOPLE reported that Rocha issued an update on November 24, which the official Miss Jamaica team shared on Instagram. He said the organization was withholding specific medical details out of respect for Henry and her family. The report quoted him saying: “Today, we are pleased to share that the latest medical report confirms that Dr. Gabrielle Henry is in good health and nearing discharge.”
“Nearing discharge” described her reported status at that time; it was not confirmation that she had left the hospital. The update was attributed to Rocha, and the medical report itself was not made public in the cited coverage.
