Cyrus’s outfit centered on a diaphanous black dress by Ludovic de Saint Sernin. Vogue identified it as an interpretation of the opening look from the designer’s Spring 2025 collection. Other coverage described Cyrus wearing black underwear beneath the sheer fabric and no bra; reports do not identify the underwear’s brand or exact style.
