The phrase “frees the nipple” is headline framing. The cited coverage does not establish that Cyrus used the phrase herself or explain a personal or political intent behind it. No clearly attributed statement from Cyrus, Gucci, or another named speaker about the lingerie look appears in these reports.
Is this a named lingerie item you can buy?
The reports do not name a lingerie designer, identify a retail model, or provide a product listing for the campaign outfit. A separate New York appearance on June 4, 2025, involved Cyrus wearing a sheer black Ludovic de Saint Sernin dress while promoting her album Something Beautiful. W Magazine covered that outfit on June 5 in its report on the look. It was a different garment, occasion, and context from the Gucci Flora campaign lingerie.
