On March 11, Xbox said 20 Bethesda games were available to Game Pass members. Which games are included today is a separate, changing question that must be checked title by title in Xbox’s live catalog.
What Microsoft announced about Bethesda and Game Pass
Microsoft announced in September 2020 that it had agreed to acquire ZeniMax Media, Bethesda’s parent company. In that announcement, Microsoft said it intended to bring Bethesda’s future games to Xbox Game Pass on the day they launched on Xbox or PC. Phil Spencer, then Microsoft’s executive vice president of Gaming, described that intention in the acquisition announcement.
GamesBeat reported on March 9, 2021, that the acquisition had received legal approval and that more Bethesda games were expected on Game Pass later that week. Its report anticipated a March 11 presentation. GamesBeat’s report was the source of the headline; the following Xbox announcement supplied the specific addition count and list.
Which Bethesda games were added in March 2021?
On March 11, Xbox Wire announced that 20 Bethesda games were being made available to Game Pass members. The list covered titles from Dishonored, Doom, The Elder Scrolls, Fallout and Wolfenstein, including Fallout 4. See the complete named lineup in Xbox Wire’s March 11, 2021 announcement.

Which Bethesda games are on Xbox Game Pass now?
Check the live Xbox Game Pass catalog for the exact game you want. Use its Bethesda Softworks, subscription-tier and platform filters, then confirm the listing for your region. Availability can differ by title, tier, platform and region, and the catalog changes over time. The 2021 announcement alone cannot establish a game’s current inclusion.

What the launch-day statement meant
Microsoft’s 2020 wording expressed an intention: future Bethesda games would come to Game Pass the same day they launched on Xbox or PC. It was not a guarantee that every Bethesda title, old or new, would be available on every platform or through every subscription tier. For a particular release, check the current catalog and the game’s own platform details.
