Metallica says Limp Bizkit and Avatar will appear at every stop. The band describes the run as a set of single shows in stadiums that include NFL and CFL venues, college grounds and soccer-team home grounds. How the 2027 shows differ from the original M72 format
M72 began in 2023 in connection with Metallica’s album 72 Seasons. In its November 28, 2022 launch announcement, the band introduced a format of two nights in each city, with different set lists and support acts so fans could attend both without hearing a song repeated. That two-night “No Repeat Weekend” concept does not apply to this 2027 North American leg: Metallica’s official tour FAQ says the dates are one-night-only shows, with no No Repeat Weekends.

Snake Pit tickets are standing tickets, according to the FAQ. The original tour announcement is available in Metallica’s November 28, 2022 announcement.

A standard ticket is for one event. The I Disappear Ticket is a multi-date option for M72 2027 stadium shows, but it does not cover the Life Burns Faster Sphere residency, festivals, benefits or non-headlining shows. Metallica’s FAQ says I Disappear tickets are non-transferable.
Travel packages are described as available in each market and include a hotel, ticket options and transportation.
