The report also says Kunal Nayyar publicly supported Melissa Rauch, his former The Big Bang Theory co-star—but it does not identify what he did or quote either actor.
What happened to Melissa Rauch’s Night Court?

Its headline called the news a “heartbreaking update,” but that phrasing is not a quotation from Rauch. The available description does not include a direct statement from her about the cancellation. When was the update reported?
The cancellation and Nayyar’s reported support appeared in TheThings Celebrity’s July 18, 2025, publication. That makes “just” in the original headline relative to that publication date, not a claim that this is a new October 2026 development. The sources cited here do not establish any later distribution or revival developments.
