Alex Crisp
PerthNow described Crisp, then 27, as a sales representative raised in Fremantle in a Danish and South African family. She had earned a double degree in science and design. The report linked her growing interest in cooking to exposure to the food scene.
Darrsh Clarke
Clarke, then 31, was described as a management consultant raised by Sri Lankan parents. His late father worked as a chef in an Indian restaurant, while his grandmother shared Sri Lankan food traditions and introduced him to baking. What else did the 2024 report say about Season 16?
PerthNow reported that Andy Allen would return alongside new judges Poh Ling-Yeow, Jean-Christophe Novelli and Sofia Levin. It listed a $250,000 prize and travel to Hong Kong, Bendigo and Ballarat. The report gave the premiere as Monday, 22 April 2024, at 7:30pm on Channel 10 and 10 Play.
