The newest cast guide for America’s Sweethearts: Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders covers Season 3 and the 2025–26 squad cycle. It highlights rookie hopefuls Savanna, Parker and Faith; returning candidates Reece, Kleine and Charly; and the leaders overseeing the program, senior director Kelli Finglass and head choreographer Judy Trammell. These profiles identify people featured in the audition story, not a definitive list of who made the final squad.
Who is in the new cast?
Netflix’s Season 3 cast guide introduces a selection of rookies and returning faces connected to the 2025–26 season. It does not say that every person profiled secured a place on the final squad.
Rookie hopefuls
- Savanna is among the newcomers highlighted in the guide.
- Parker is also profiled as a rookie hopeful.
- Faith, from New Zealand, hopes to become the squad’s first cheerleader from her country. She has performed aboard a major cruise line. The guide presents her goal as an aspiration, not a confirmed outcome.
Returning candidates
The guide highlights Reece, Kleine and Charly among the returning faces. Their inclusion signals that they are part of the season’s story; it does not, by itself, establish their final squad status.
Who leads the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders?
Kelli Finglass, senior director
Finglass guides talent selection. She cheered for the team from 1984 to 1989 and became its director in 1991, according to the Season 3 guide. In Netflix’s 2026 renewal announcement, she described each season as “another opportunity to showcase the extraordinary talent, dedication and individuality of our team.”

Judy Trammell, head choreographer
Trammell choreographs the squad’s routines. The guide says she cheered from 1980 to 1984 and became head choreographer in 1991.
What are the Season 3 audition stakes?
The season follows the 2025 squad through auditions, training camp and the football season. Netflix says 30 veterans from the prior season returned to audition, competing for six rookie spots. Those numbers describe Season 3’s competition, not a guarantee that every featured candidate advanced or joined the final squad.
