Martha Stewart has not identified an official five-product anti-aging regimen. In Vogue’s January 2026 beauty feature, she described a morning lineup that can be counted as five only if it includes a daily supplement and a glow-enhancing makeup product alongside topical skin care. Her later September 2026 account adds evening care, so the lineup is best understood as a dated snapshot—not a permanent prescription.
What the five-product count includes
The five items below are the products highlighted in the January 2026 coverage, grouped by their actual use. Three are topical skin-care products; one is a dietary supplement; and one is makeup. Calling all five “skin-care products” without that distinction would be misleading.

The lineup is drawn from Vogue’s January 20, 2026 feature and Stewart’s January 21 recap. Neither source establishes that Stewart named these products as her own formal “five-step” routine.
How Stewart described the January routine
Night cleansing and morning cloths
Stewart says she washes her face at night with Mario Badescu A.H.A. Botanical Body Soap and does not need another cleanse in the morning. In Vogue’s video transcript, she describes using a hot cloth followed by a cold cloth in the morning, and says she uses a face cloth once before laundering it. The soap’s name includes “Body,” but the coverage reports that she uses it on her face; that is a description of her practice, not a recommendation for everyone’s skin.

Serum, sunscreen, and a luminous finish
The January sequence includes Elm A3O Elemental Serum and Alastin HydraTint Pro Mineral Sunscreen. Stewart also mixes in L’Oréal Paris True Match Lumi Glotion. Glotion is a cosmetic glow product, not a sunscreen, and cannot replace sunscreen’s sun-protection role. Vogue’s feature records Stewart saying, “I like my furniture to be shiny, I like my face to be shiny.”
The supplement is not a topical step
Elm Inner Dose Daily Skin Supplement is part of the reported five-item selection, but it is taken as a supplement rather than applied to the skin. The coverage establishes that it appears in her routine; it does not demonstrate that it prevents or reverses signs of aging.

What changed in the later evening account
In a Harper’s Bazaar interview published September 30, 2026, Stewart describes taking off makeup with an Elm serum and using a night cream. She also says she is exploring emollient cleansers for Elm. This later interview gives a separate evening snapshot; it does not establish that the night cream was part of the January five-product lineup or identify a finished new cleanser.
The accounts therefore differ by date and daypart rather than forming one fixed list. For the January morning feature, Vogue provides the product sequence; the September interview describes Stewart’s later evening care and product-development exploration.

How this compares with her older reported routine
A 2024 Vogue report attributed a different set of details to Stewart’s dermatologists: a morning sheet mask, Clé de Peau eye cream, Alastin SPF 36 sunscreen mixed with moisturizer, a custom serum, and facial spray. Her dermatologist Dhaval Bhanusali, MD, characterized her farm work as involving unusually high sun exposure, saying she has “more sun exposure than probably 99.9% of people out there because she’s out farming every day.” That is his description, not a measured public statistic.
The 2024 account is historical reporting about what her dermatologists described then. It should not be merged with the January 2026 feature or September 2026 interview as if all the products were used together in a single current routine. See Vogue’s 2024 report.

What the routine does—and does not—show
These reports document products Stewart says she uses and, in the video, how a serum feels to her. They do not report a clinical evaluation of this combination or establish that the routine produces anti-aging results. Stewart’s sensory impression—“My skin feels taut. It feels cool. It smells really good, and it’s a little bit tingly”—is personal experience, not evidence of efficacy.
The most clearly stated protective step across the January and older 2024 accounts is sunscreen. That makes it a reported part of her routine, not proof that a particular sunscreen reverses aging. The five-item framing is useful only when product categories, dates, and the difference between her own account and dermatologist-attributed reporting remain clear.
