PerthNow reported on March 4, 2024, that Married at First Sight contestant Lauren Dunn had gone for a morning swim at Cottesloe Beach in Perth. Its photographs showed no ring, but that detail does not explain why one was absent or indicate her relationship status today.
What happened at Cottesloe Beach?
PerthNow’s March 4, 2024 report described Dunn swimming at Cottesloe Beach on a Monday morning. The beach photographs showed her in a mustard-yellow and white patterned bikini, a green cap and silver jewellery. The report said no ring was visible in the images. Read PerthNow’s report.
What did the missing ring mean?
The report records what could be seen in the photographs; it does not establish why Dunn was not wearing a ring. A beach photo is not evidence on its own of a relationship change, so the headline detail should be understood as a visual observation from that dated report—not a current status update.
How does this relate to Married at First Sight?
Nine’s official Season 11 material identifies Dunn as a participant from Western Australia and pairs her with Jonathan McCullough. Nine later reported that they split at Final Vows. The beach report dates to the show’s 2024 broadcast period, while Nine’s retrospective covers the couple’s later outcome.
