Who is in the Love Undercover Season 1 cast?
The five featured men come from different football backgrounds, including clubs in England, the Netherlands, Mexico and elsewhere. The profiles below describe their football histories; club affiliations are identified as historical rather than as claims about where they play today.

| Footballer | Nationality and position | Career context |
|---|---|---|
| Jamie O’Hara | English midfielder | Developed in Arsenal’s academy and played for English clubs including Tottenham Hotspur and Wolverhampton Wanderers. Peacock’s cast profile also notes his later move into broadcasting and TalkSPORT presenting; that is career context published in 2024, not confirmation of his current employment. |
| Ryan Babel | Dutch winger | Associated with Liverpool, Ajax and the Netherlands national team. These are notable past football connections, not a statement of current club status. |
| Lloyd Jones | English defender | His career included a Liverpool youth and reserve period, loan spells, Northampton Town and a move to Charlton Athletic. April 2024 coverage identified him with Charlton; that affiliation is time-sensitive. |
| Marco Fabián | Mexican attacking midfielder | Peacock’s profile recounts his Chivas Guadalajara background and loan to Cruz Azul. He won Olympic gold with Mexico in 2012. A 2024 report linked him to Empire Strykers, which should not be read as a current club affiliation. |
| Sebastián Fassi | Mexican goalkeeper | Peacock traces his professional career through clubs in Mexico, Costa Rica, Ecuador and Spain. April 2024 reports differed in the clubs they associated with him, and the sources do not establish his present-day club status. |
Peacock’s May 9, 2024 cast announcement is the primary source for its featured-player profiles. USA Insider’s April 2024 overview provides supplementary cast and career context.
What is Love Undercover about?
Peacock describes the series as “a modern-day fairytale meets buddy comedy” in which international soccer stars come to the United States seeking love. The men date American women in Los Angeles without initially revealing their overseas football fame. USA Insider adds that they use everyday false identities, date multiple women, and eventually reveal who they are; the show also tests relationships in the players’ home countries.

That concealed identity is the show’s central premise: the women first encounter the men without knowing the fame and wealth attached to their football careers. The available cast coverage does not establish a complete named roster of the women contestants.

Peacock’s current show page lists one season with 10 episodes and gives the premiere date as May 9, 2024. Peacock is the series’ official streaming home. An earlier USA Insider article described a nine-episode plan, but Peacock’s current listing gives the season’s episode count as 10.
