Safa and Mohammed were the only couple among the six engaged pairs on Netflix’s 2024 season of Love Is Blind, Habibi to marry. Dounia and Chafic’s relationship went through several turns: they split before their planned wedding, said at the reunion that they had reconciled, and were reported to have split again in April 2025. The other engaged couples did not marry. These are dated outcomes—not a verified account of every cast member’s relationship status today.
How many couples got engaged on Love Is Blind, Habibi?
The 2024 season followed singles from across the Arab region as they formed connections and committed to marriage before meeting face-to-face. Actors Elham Ali and Khaled Saqer hosted the 10-episode series. Netflix notes that many participants were based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Netflix Tudum’s season and reunion guide covers the cast and their on-screen outcomes.
Six couples got engaged, but only Safa and Mohammed married. The National reported that they were the sole pair to walk down the aisle. Its October 28, 2024 reunion recap also details the couples’ outcomes.
Every engaged couple and what happened
| Couple | Season outcome | Reunion or later update |
|---|---|---|
| Safa and Mohammed | Married | They said they were still together at the 2024 reunion. |
| Dounia and Chafic | Engaged, then split before the wedding | They said they had reconciled by the 2024 reunion, but were not engaged or married. Cosmopolitan Middle East reported another split on April 28, 2025. |
| Asma and Khatab | Did not move forward after their first meeting | They reconnected at the resort and said they kept in touch at the reunion; that does not establish that they were a couple. |
| Hajar and Simo | Broke up before the wedding | They met for the first time since their breakup at the reunion, where their conflict remained unresolved. |
| Nour and Mido | Broke up at the resort | At the reunion, Mido said he regretted proposing and apologized after they discussed money and his earlier accusation. |
| Ammar and Karma | First couple to get engaged; broke up before the wedding | Their disagreement concerned Karma’s passion for dance. |
The reunion details in the table come from Netflix Tudum’s official recap. The later Dounia and Chafic update is from Cosmopolitan Middle East’s April 28, 2025 report.

What the reunion showed about each couple
Safa and Mohammed
Safa and Mohammed were the season’s only married couple. At the reunion, they described traveling, honeymooning, moving in together, and beginning family planning. Safa credited their relationship’s communication, telling Netflix Tudum: “our communication is what’s kept us together.” That is their reunion-era account, not confirmation of their status in 2026.
Dounia and Chafic
Their story has three distinct reported stages: they got engaged, ended the relationship before the wedding, and told the reunion audience they had reunited. At that 2024 reunion, they said they were neither engaged nor married. Cosmopolitan Middle East subsequently reported on April 28, 2025, that they had split again. The sources cited here do not verify whether anything changed after that report.

Hajar and Simo
They broke up before their wedding. At the reunion, they met for the first time since the split, and the disagreement between them remained unresolved. Those details describe the reunion, not a later update.

Are any Love Is Blind, Habibi couples still together?
The clearest confirmed marriage in the season’s documented outcome is Safa and Mohammed’s, and the reunion showed them together in 2024. Dounia and Chafic’s latest sourced update here is the April 2025 report of a split. For the other couples, the cited coverage establishes their season or reunion outcomes, not a current relationship status. No conclusion about where any of them stand in October 2026 should be drawn from those older accounts.
