Spoilers: Luann de Lesseps chose James, Gizelle Bryant chose Theo, Shannon Storms Beador chose Earl, and Ashley Darby chose Ralph in the Season 1 finale of Love Hotel. In updates published in June 2025, Bravo reported that the Gizelle-Theo, Shannon-Earl, and Ashley-Ralph romances had ended; Peacock described Luann and James as in love and closer than ever. Those reports do not confirm any couple’s status in October 2026.
Who did the women choose in the finale?
Love Hotel brings Real Housewives personalities together for a dating getaway. At the Season 1 checkout, the four women made these choices:

Which couples were still together after the show?
Luann and James
Of the four finale pairings, Luann and James had the most positive follow-up. Peacock’s June 20, 2025 roundup described them as in love and closer than ever. In a June 15 interview with Bravo, James said he was still “100 percent” in love with Luann after celebrating her birthday with her in New York. Luann explained her choice by saying, “What I love about James is he’s not controlling like the other men in my life.” These are reports of their relationship at that time, not confirmation that they are still together in October 2026.
Gizelle and Theo—and the possibility of Phill
Gizelle chose Theo over Phill, but Bravo’s June 15, 2025 finale recap said the romance with Theo fizzled quickly after they left Cabo. The finale’s end titles teased a possible renewed connection with Phill, who remained in touch with Gizelle. Peacock’s June 20 update added that plans for them to meet in New York around Halloween never came together, while Gizelle planned to visit Phill in Bel Air. The follow-up describes contact and plans, not a confirmed relationship with Phill.

Shannon and Earl
Shannon chose Earl, and they gave the relationship a try after filming. Bravo reported on June 15, 2025 that they attempted long-distance for a few months, then realized the romance was not going to work. Peacock’s June 20 roundup said Shannon ultimately decided Earl was not her perfect match and was back on the market.
Ashley and Ralph
Ashley chose Ralph over Wale. By the June 2025 follow-ups, her romance with Ralph had ended. Peacock also noted a chance for Ashley and Wale to reconnect, but did not say that the two started dating.

How current are these relationship updates?
The latest official relationship reports identified here are Bravo’s June 15, 2025 recap and interview, and Peacock’s June 20, 2025 roundup. They establish what those outlets reported then; they do not settle the couples’ status in October 2026. In particular, a planned visit, continued contact, or a past declaration of love should not be read as proof of a current relationship.
