Where to look for a LiveReacting invoice
- Sign in to your LiveReacting account.
- Open Account settings. A LiveReacting Studio guide places subscription information and payment details in account settings, making this the best-supported starting point. LiveReacting’s account guidance describes this general area.
- Check the billing, subscription or payment-details area for an invoice or payment history. The exact labels and current sequence of clicks are not established by the publicly accessible help text, so the menu names may differ.
- If you cannot locate the document, contact billing support. LiveReacting says customers can use live chat from their account or email the company with billing questions: LiveReacting contact options.
LiveReacting’s Help Center has a dedicated FAQ titled “Where do I find my invoices or change/update payment method?” The visible FAQ identifies the issue but does not provide a confirmed current download path. LiveReacting Help Center
What to ask support about GST
If you need the document for Indian tax records, ask LiveReacting whether the document issued for your particular charge contains the GST information you need. The public information does not establish the tax status of your transaction, the payment channel, whether a GSTIN can be added, or which document was issued for your account.
CBIC rules set out particulars for tax invoices and bills of supply. Which document applies depends on the transaction and taxpayer circumstances; a payment confirmation or service invoice should not automatically be treated as a GST tax invoice. If the invoice is missing
- Confirm that you are signed in to the account associated with the charge.
- Check the account’s subscription and payment details rather than relying on an assumed menu name.
- Contact LiveReacting through account chat or email if the invoice is not available or if you need the billing document clarified.
- When writing, identify the charge and ask specifically what document was issued and whether it includes the GST details you need. Avoid sending sensitive payment information beyond what support requests through its official channel.
