O evento foi gratuito, mas o espaço especial do patrocinador não era uma área aberta à compra pelo público. Em sua página sobre o show, atualizada em 28 de fevereiro de 2025, o Santander afirmou: “este show não tem venda de ingressos, nem para a pista nem para a área VIP!” O banco recomendou acompanhar seus canais oficiais para conhecer eventuais ações promocionais. O Santander também alertou para informações falsas e vendas de ingressos relacionadas ao evento. Desconfie de anúncios que ofereçam convite ou acesso VIP mediante pagamento, e confirme qualquer promoção diretamente nos canais oficiais e no regulamento da ação.
Área VIP e espaços acessíveis eram acessos diferentes
A Prefeitura do Rio descreveu espaços para pessoas com deficiência nos setores A e B. A entrada era por ordem de chegada, sujeita à capacidade de cada espaço, com documento comprobatório da deficiência e documento oficial com foto. Cada pessoa com deficiência podia levar um acompanhante. Esses espaços tinham critérios municipais próprios e não eram a área VIP do patrocinador. Plano operacional da Prefeitura do Rio.

- Leia o regulamento de cada promoção e confirme prazos, critérios de participação e forma de entrega do convite.
