The listing language quoted by Realtor.com called it “a modern fortress designed for the ultimate privacy seeker.” The report also quoted the listing describing “a lifestyle that requires no exit” and “a pedigreed property defined by absolute privacy and timeless design.” The report does not identify the listing author, so these phrases should not be attributed directly to Jenner.
Is this the same home as Jenner’s Hidden Hills project?
No. The listing concerns Jenner’s Holmby Hills estate. Her separate Hidden Hills project is described in coverage as an approximately 18,000-square-foot home planned on land she reportedly purchased for $14.5 million in 2020. Those figures refer to the separate project, not the Holmby Hills property.
